Are the artworks signed and numbered?
All Lea Ottavi artworks come as limited editions and include the artist’s signature on the back, along with the year of printing. A certificate of authenticity is provided with every piece. These artworks are not individually numbered, except for those released as part of the “exclusive drop” collection.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5-8 business days
- European Union: 3-6 business days
- Rest of the world: 5-10 business days
The total delivery time includes the production process, packaging, and shipping.
Are there any shipping costs?
No, we offer free worldwide shipping! All orders are dispatched via UPS, DPD, or FedEx. Please be aware that additional local charges, such as sales tax or customs duties, may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer for orders outside the EU.
Do the artworks come with frames?
Frames are not included. We sell art prints and frames separately. However, if you purchase both an art print and a frame, we will professionally frame the artwork for you at no additional cost, so it’s ready to hang upon arrival.
What is your return policy?
Customers have 14 days to return their purchase if they change their mind. If extra protection is added at checkout, the return period extends to 30 days. The return period begins on the day you receive the artwork. Refunds are processed within 14 days of cancellation.
To initiate a return, contact us at ottaviart@gmai.com. After registration, you’ll receive an email with return instructions and the necessary address details. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and ensuring the package is well-protected.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns if the art print has been removed from its protective tube, as it may get scratched or damaged.
- This return policy does not apply to framed art prints or skateboards.
