No, our art prints and frames are sold separately.

HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

HOW ARE THE ARTWORKS SHIPPED?

​

• If you purchase only the art print, it will be rolled and shipped in a thick, protective cardboard tube to prevent damage.

• If you add a frame to your order, the artwork will be professionally framed and arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

 

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. You can also track your order.

ARE THE ARTWORKS SIGNED AND NUMBERED?

​

All Lea Ottavi artworks are limited editions and include the artist’s signature and year of printing on the back. A certificate of authenticity is provided with each piece. Artworks are not individually numbered unless they are part of an “exclusive drop” collection.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel your order before it ships, contact us immediately at ottaviart@gmail.com. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as our team processes and ships orders quickly.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

​

To initiate a return, email ottaviart@gmail.com. Once registered, you’ll receive return instructions and address details. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and your package must be well-protected.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

​

By law, customers have 14 days from the purchase date to return an order. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation, provided the returned product is in its original condition.

• The return must be shipped within 14 days of cancellation.

• All return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Contact us at ottaviart@gmail.com to receive the return address.

 

We do not accept returns for custom orders. We also do not accept returns for changes in design preference.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

I DIDN’T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION.

​

If you placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email, check that you entered your email correctly. Contact us at ottaviart@gmail.com, and we’ll verify if we received your order. We can also update your email and resend the confirmation. If no order was placed, reach out before trying again to avoid duplicate orders.

CAN I ORDER AN ARTWORK IN CUSTOM DIMENSIONS OR DESIGNS?

​

No, we do not offer custom artwork. Our prints are only available in the sizes listed on our website.

WHAT IF MY ORDER GETS LOST IN THE MAIL?

​

If your package is lost in transit, you must submit a claim within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. We’ll cover the cost of a replacement order.

Before we resend your order, we may ask you to confirm your shipping address and check with your local post office for assistance.

Important: If the tracking information states that your order was delivered, but you have not received it, we cannot take responsibility or offer a free reshipment. In such cases, a replacement would be at your expense.
